\u201cBenic\u00e0ssim Kids,\u201d a family tourism program promoted by the Benic\u00e0ssim Town Hall, renews its activities by turning our little ones into explorers. Through guided theatrical visits recommended for children between 5 and 10 years old, the initiative seeks to promote activities to present the history of the town. Torre Sant Vicent, El Trenet Park, and the Tourist Info of Heli\u00f3polis will be settings for adventures, humor, and intrigue on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in July and August.<\/p>\n
As highlighted by the mayor of Benic\u00e0ssim, Susana Marqu\u00e9s, \u201cfamily tourism is one of our fundamental pillars, along with beach, nature, and festivals. We have a welcoming, friendly city with a complete agenda of activities for the whole family.\u201d It is worth noting that Benic\u00e0ssim holds the Family Tourist Municipality seal from Aturfam (Family Tourism Association of the Valencian Community), is part of the Family Tourism Product Club, and holds the Tour&Kids seal, a certification that accredits a specialized offer adapted to families.<\/p>\n
Within the offer of children\u2019s entertainment activities, “Benic\u00e0ssim Kids” presents a renewed offer with three proposals for the active participation of the little ones. Thus, on Tuesdays in July and August at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., it will be time to explore Torre Sant Vicent, led by a pirate awaiting the arrival of his cabin boys to help him find a treasure, combining humor and adventure set in the 16th century, in which a Spanish crown admiral also appears, wanting to get the treasure. Participants will have to decide whether to collaborate with the pirate or the admiral.<\/p>\n
On Wednesdays, Benic\u00e0ssim Kids will explore the mythical Parc del Trenet, where through a suspense comedy set in the early 20th century, the activity begins with the appearance of the Station Chief who will give the warning for all passengers to board the train, while a professional explorer also wants to get on but realizes that the personal items from his backpack have disappeared and will ask the passengers for help to find them. Sessions for this activity will be every Wednesday in July and August at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
On Thursdays at 8:00 p.m., it will be time to explore the world of puppets at the Tourist Info of Heli\u00f3polis. With an approach combining comedy with historical genre, various performances of adventures, conquests, and discoveries will be presented throughout July and August.<\/p>\n
The activities at Parc del Trenet and Torre Sant Vicent have an entry fee of \u20ac2.50 and tickets can be purchased on the Tourism website (turismo.benicassim.es) and at any of the municipality\u2019s tourist offices, while the puppet shows require no prior registration and are free.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
