Description: Hundreds of thousands of people around the world pay tribute to the mountains and peaks of the planet every 11th December. They are the great reservoirs of biodiversity and the almost indestructible lungs of our Earth, but year after year they suffer threats that make them more and more vulnerable to disturbances such as the Climate Emergency. In 2024, with the slogan “Solutions based on mountains for a sustainable future”, we will celebrate such a distinguished event going up to the Bartolo through the Route 1 of the Natural Park.

Recommendations: warm clothing and hiking shoes, food and water. Do not attend if you have a serious injury or illness or if you are recovering from it.
