Description: For millennia, the Sun has been the guide of the greatest world civilizations: it ruled our destinies marking the beginnings of harvests, sowings, floods, spreading fear with its progressive disappearance in autumn or hoping its return in spring, illuminating the entrances of the caves where the first human beings lived. Nowadays, perhaps it would be good for us to integrate better into the cycles of nature, and to achieve that, we will explore the best kept secrets of the Sun, on a simple beach route to see the dawn of the winter solstice. To become real worshipers of the Sun, we will become fully aware of it and its presence with a fantastic yoga initiation session.

Recommendations: warm clothing, beach and changing footwear (it is recommended to walk barefoot), food, water, yoga mat or towel. Do not attend if you have a serious injury or illness or if you are recovering from it.
