Ingredients
This vitamin-rich and low cost vegetable is highly appreciated in our cuisine. It can be used to accompany a multitude of dishes, such as stews, tarts, savoury appetisers and side dishes. This humble vegetable can dazzle perfectly as a first course for dinner after a good sauté and a little affection.
Elaboration
Boil the spinach with plenty of water and a little salt. Fry the sliced garlic, raisins and pine nuts in a clay pot with oil. When sautéed, add the spinach and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well and serve hot.
