Reading entertainment activities designed for children from 15 months to 7 years old are organised in the Central Library and the Palmeral Library in the afternoons. The activities are made up of three different workshops for each age group. Little ones can enjoy the educational workshop "Contes i bolquers” (Stories and Nappies) at the baby library, where a leader will organise a short activity to develop the baby's attentive listening through stories, puppets or nursery rhymes to stimulate their attention.
The second of the reading workshops, "Contes de colours” (Stories and Colours), is designed for children from 2 to 3 years old and focuses on the discovery of early reading through attractive books of a length and characteristics appropriate to the needs of those taking part.
Finally, the workshop "La màgia dels contes" (The Magic of Stories) aims to show children aged between 4 and 7 years old the educational and leisure possibilities offered by the library. All this is done through storytelling and reading, turning the library space into a magical place where several adventures will take place.
