In the heart of Benicàssim are located the historic Bodegas y Destilerías Carmelitano, a century-old winery and distillery where tradition, history and flavour come together to create unique, handcrafted products.
Famous for their iconic Moscatel and authentic Carmelitano Liqueur, they also produce a carefully curated selection of local liqueurs and premium spirits, including the renowned 119 Gin, which has won awards for its quality and character.
The Carmelitano experience invites you to discover its facilities through a guided tour amongst stills, barrels and Mediterranean aromas, where you will learn about the traditional production process and the history of one of the province’s most iconic distilleries.
The tour includes a tasting of their most representative products, allowing you to enjoy the authentic flavours of Benicàssim’s traditions. Furthermore, their shop offers the chance to purchase wines, liqueurs and exclusive products, ideal both as gifts and for continuing to enjoy the experience at home.
