Ingredients
Cabbage is one of the most used vegetables in Valencian cuisine and it can be found boiled, in a variety of rice dishes, in salads and in various stews. This inexpensive and easy-to-prepare dish is consumed all year round. This way of preparing cabbage is a very complete and nutritious dish.
Elaboration
Chop the meat, dry sausage, bacon and black pudding into small pieces. Fry well in a clay pot. Add a whole bulb of garlic, the chopped onion and the young garlic cut into small pieces. Then add a little paprika and the cabbage. Stir, add a little water and salt, cover the pot and simmer, stirring every few minutes. Add salt to taste and serve.
