Ingredients

  • 1 kg rabbit
  • Glass of white wine
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g cocoa powder or dried almond
  • 300 g white snail
  • Preparation

  • Fry the rabbit. Blend the white wine, garlic, cocoa powder or dried almonds to make a sauce. Add the sauce to the rabbit. Boil the snail for 20 minutes over low heat. Use white snail.
