Palasiet Paella


  • 500 g rice
  • ½ rabbit
  • ½ chicken
  • ¼ rib
  • 150 g green beans
  • 100 g butter beans
  • 4 artichokes
  • Preparation

  • Chop the meat, put it in a pan and fry well with a little salt. Once fried, add the washed and chopped vegetables. Then add the chopped garlic and tomato. When everything is fried, add the water and cook for one hour. Add the saffron and the rice. Stir to avoid sticking. Reduce the heat during cooking. Add salt to taste and cook until all the water has soaked in.
  • Sauté

    • Garlic cloves
    • 100 g grated fresh tomato
    • Sprig of saffron (as needed)
    • Pinch of salt
    • Water (as needed)
    • 800 ml olive oil
