La Pau Potatoes


  • 200 g potatoes
  • Free range eggs
  • 100 g gula eel
  • 100 g peeled shrimp
  • 3 chillies
  • 50 g garlic
  • Preparation

  • Fry the grated potato, then assemble the plate as if it were a nest. Put the potato in circles and the egg in the centre together with the eel and shrimp. Make a circle with the garlic and chillies.
