Ingredients

  • 200 g rice
  • 4 pieces of chicken
  • 4 pieces of rabbit
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g tomato
  • 120 g green beans
  • 120 g butter beans
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Chicken bone broth
  • Preparation

  • Fry the meat, garlic, tomato and vegetables well in olive oil. Make a broth with the chicken bones and cook for 40 to 50 minutes. Use 1 kg rice for every two litres of water. Add the rice and boil for ten minutes over a high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for eight more minutes.
