Ingredients

  • Lolo Rosso
  • Chicory
  • Curly endive
  • Endive
  • Spring onion
  • Cherry tomato
  • Pine nuts
  • Prawns
  • Preparation

  • Prepare the vinaigrette and set aside. Bake the sliced onion, the quartered endive, the tomatoes cut into small pieces, the pine nuts and the prawns. Place the washed and drained lettuces into a mould. Add the vegetables from the oven and the prawns. Present as a timbale.
  • For the vinaigrette:

    • Mustard
    • Vinegar
    • Oil
    • Salt and pepper
